(( Okay. Okay. I know this is not why you follow this blog, you don’t follow to hear me but me being Vincent just…gimme a second because I’m really bothered by these movies.
These movies—if not some of the newer games (SORRY BUT I MEAN THIS SHIT)—are marking the death of a franchise I grew up with and loved. I take this shit very seriously because I really love Silent Hill. I mean, I’ve cried because Silent Hill is a game and will never love me back and I had to face that fact.
They aren’t true to source material AT ALL. It takes characters we know, maybe love, maybe hate, but definitely feel something for and completely changes them. These people that make these films—and the new games—don’t really know the source material.
Seriously. NO IDEA.

If people have not—but they probably have—watched this (AND THE SECOND PAAAART)…well…it’s a good watch. They put it eloquently and as this review goes for the first Silent Hill film, I’m anticipating the same atrocious quality for the upcoming Silent Hill Revelations or whatever it’s called. ))
